Property Maintenance

The landscape, attended through the seasons

Beds, hedges, and turf are kept as one landscape, visited through the seasons.

Canopy Estates LLC — estate landscape management on Long Island. Long Island, from Kings Point to Montauk, including the North Shore, the South Shore (including Bellport), the Hamptons, and the North Fork. 631-776-4100 · info@canopyestates.co

Property Maintenance is regular attendance and seasonal detail for beds, hedges, and turf.

Mowing is part of that attendance. It is not the whole of the work.

The program is for properties that need regular care of the whole landscape, not a single cut.

Beds and mulch

Planting beds are kept clean and presented. Mulch is part of how those beds are finished and maintained.

The beds are treated as part of the landscape, not as an afterthought to the lawn.

Hedges

Hedges are tended so they hold their line and sit properly with the rest of the grounds.

Turf

Turf is cut and cared for as part of the same attendance. The lawn is one part of the property, not the measure of the work.

Seasonal

Through the year, the property receives the extra care each season requires.

Holiday lighting can be part of that seasonal work. It is described with the other seasonal offerings on the homepage at /#holiday-lighting.

Snow plowing and salting can be discussed as part of seasonal care.
