The South Fork, not a separate company
The Hamptons sit on the South Fork, through Montauk. They are inside a service area that also includes the North Shore, the South Shore, and the North Fork. Plant Healthcare, Tick & Mosquito Management, and Property Maintenance are the same three programs used across that area. A property in the Hamptons is still a Long Island property in the care of Canopy Estates LLC.
What the grounds are asked to do
Hedges, trees, and beds do much of the visual work, and the turf has to sit with them. Salt air and wind are ordinary conditions on the South Fork. This page does not turn those conditions into a recipe. Inspection comes first for the planting. The grounds are maintained so the property reads as intentional from the drive and after dark.

Recurring work aimed at reducing pressure in the places people use. It does not eliminate ticks or mosquitoes. Spotted lanternfly can be discussed, without a promise of removal.
